In eternal remembrance

You see the sun slowly going down and yet you get a fright when it is suddenly dark.” (Franz Kafka)

In eternal remembrance

You see the sun slowly going down and yet you get a fright when it is suddenly dark.” (Franz Kafka)

The last course If I am frail and weak one day and agonizing pain keeps me awake - what you have to do then - do it alone. The last battle will be lost. I understand that you are very sad. Thy hand shall not hesitate for sorrow. On this day - more than ever happened - your friendship has to face the hardest. We lived together in happy years. Fear of Must? There is no turning back. You don't want me to suffer. Therefore, when the time comes, please release me. Take me where I need to go. Only - please stay with me until the end. And hold me tight and talk to me gently until my eyes come to rest. In time - I'm sure - you will know it was your love that you showed me. Trusting wags one last time - You have set me free from pain and torment. And do not grieve when it is you who are the lord of this difficult decision. We were both so intimately united. It must not be that your heart weeps for me. (unknown author)

Nury chocolate from the Betuniensteg

Our SchNurrrry was born on September 21st, 2008 and was the first bitch to give birth to puppies on October 16th, 2011 and September 21st, 2014. With you we have realized our dream. How many times have we thought that we were looking into your beautiful blue eyes one last time. How many times have you shown us that the common fight is not yet lost. On February 5th, 2022 your last reserves of strength were used up and we had to let you go with a heavy heart. We will continue to think of you at many times, especially since you have determined our entire day and night rhythm for many years. The kitchen window that you always greeted us through first, SchNurrry, is now forever empty. The sun was shining at the time of your funeral. Surely you wanted to say to us: "Thank you for allowing me to go after this beautiful and sometimes exhausting time."

Pearl from the Betuniensteg

Our Pearly was born on June 16th, 2010. She comes from the same mating as our Onik, by Christa and Helmut Hamann. Cayden and Pearly were the big lovers on our farm. In the last phase of her life, our Pearly fell ill with diabetes. Shortly thereafter she became blind. During this phase, Cayden took great care of his great love and was her constant companion and protector. On November 4th, 2021 we unfortunately had to let you cross the rainbow bridge.

Onik from Betuniensteg

Our Onik was born on May 20th, 2009. We owe her the charming B-litter, which was born on October 6th, 2012. 3 puppies strengthen our team today - Bagira, Banko and Beagan. On October 4th, 2016 she gave birth to 4 healthy puppies again, our wonderful D-litter. 2 of the puppies, Djuna and Dandy also stayed in our pack. She lovingly cared for her "puppies" until the end. The love and "cleanliness" of their puppies always had priority over their actual well-being. On December 18th, 2019 we had to make another decision - FOR LOVE - that was difficult for us. We had to let her go over the rainbow bridge. On December 29th, 2019 Djuna (from her D-litter) also gave birth to 4 puppies. Unfortunately, she wasn't allowed to see that. She would definitely be as lovely a grandma as she was a mother. She passed on her caring and loving nature to her daughter Djuna. This can already be observed with our Djuna, who takes care of her puppies, our E-litter, with loving devotion.

Dakota of Yokon Canyon

Our Dakota was born on 09/16/1999. On December 15, 2014, at the age of 15, she crossed the rainbow bridge. Fine, Funny and Baya were already waiting for Dakota. Now our “beginning pack” is reunited. She was the mother in the pack, who always took care of the upbringing of the puppies. When a member of the pack "escaped" she howled loudly and thus showed the escapees the way home. When the pack was complete again - she was happy and content again. You are all in our heart. We think back to the time together with a crying and a laughing eye.

Baya Beetz of Beaver Valley

Our Baya was born on July 4th, 2001. On May 1st, 2014, shortly before her 14th birthday, she fell asleep. It was another painful loss. No matter how many dogs we will ever have, it always hurts again and again. Each dog is unique, especially in its nature and cannot be replaced by any other dog. Now the only thing left from our starting team is our old Dakota. Dakota is still looking for her kennel mate to this day. No matter how often she looks at her hut in Baya - it will remain empty forever.

Funny from Betuniensteg

Our Funny was born on April 27th, 2002 and died on May 7th, 2011. Funny was a calm and very affectionate bitch. She herself never started a fight and only wanted to be petted day and night if possible. On the wagon she ran as a lead dog (leader). Because of her death we are now "leaderless" and must definitely train a new lead dog.

Fine

Our Fine was born on March 21st, 1999. At the age of 10 she fell ill with diabetes. From that point on she was given insulin twice a day. She spent 2 more years in the pack before she died on April 17th, 2011 as a result of diabetes. During this time, she was a loving and cuddly "grandma" for Nury, Onik and Pearl. You could often be found next to her.
